Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver our products to all states in India within 15 working days ( weekends excluded)
  • Once you receive the delivered item please make sure to check all content of the delivered item for any missing or defective part. Should that be the case please make sure to return the item on the spot or within a maximum period of 7 days. mrcheff.in will not be accountable for any returns after 7 days.
  • Items will only be returned in their original packaging and brand new condition.
  • Delivery during the holiday period: Order made 2 days before any public holiday will be processed and delivered after the public holiday.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please call any of our customer service representatives as soon as possible. In case the order has already been processed you will need to return the item on spot with the driver and our agents will advise on the next actions regarding refunds.

Return Policy:

To return any faulty, damaged, unwanted, or incorrect product within 7 days of product delivery please fill in the form above, and within 48-72 working hrs your return and refund/exchange status will be updated.

The above form deals with three categories of return:

  1. The return of unwanted items (this means the product is in a resalable condition but you no longer want it);
  2. To inform us that part of your order was not delivered or it was received damaged. If you have received a damaged product please report the issue within 24hrs from delivery with clear photos
  3. Or, to return/exchange faulty items.

Unwanted items returned for refund must be received by us in a re-saleable condition – the product’s outer gift box must not be damaged or marked; it must not have been used, and it should be complete with the accessories and/or free gifts received with the product and in its original packaging.

If you have received a damaged product please report the issue within 24hrs of delivery at our email id care@mrcheff.in  with photos and order ID

Canceling your order:

  1. When you place an order on our website, you will get an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the time you placed the order up to 12- 24hrs ( before the order is dispatched). Please go to your order confirmation email and choose the Cancel option.

Or write to us at our customer care email with your order details, please allow 24-48hrs to get an update on order status.

Refund policy for unwanted items:

  1. Refunds for unwanted items will be for the price you paid for the product only.
  2. If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order is to be returned then a refund would be for only the price of the product returned.
  3. Refund for the unwanted products will be done in the form of a Gift Card or in original payment mode ( 48-72hr ) and for COD orders it may take 7 working days to reflect payment in your bank account.
  4. For exchange, refunds, or resolution of your issue it can take up to a max. of 7 working days of processing from the date of receiving the product.
  5. Your credit/gift card is valid for a limited period. Please ensure to check the terms & conditions.

Faulty items:

  1. If you think your item is faulty, please always write to us at our customer care email id care@mrcheff.in
  2. The manufacturer’s product guarantee terms and conditions will apply (for a period of guarantees please refer to the Use & Care instructions supplied with the product). Your statutory rights will not be affected.
  3. If you wish to exchange an item you must inform us of your first request.

We aim to respond to your email within two working days of you sending it with details of how we will progress your request.

If you are sending us an email then, please have the following information on your hand:

  1. Your order number (this will be found on the email confirmation you received when the order was placed on our website).
  2. The “Product Ref/Product Description”– this usually can be found on the order confirmation or on the website.
